Can I use phyllo dough when its still frozen or do I have to thaw it out?

It must be thawed, but not on the counter or microwave. Put it in the refrigerator & let it thaw overnight (probably won't need that long, but safer to wait than rush). On the counter, you may have condensation ruin the dough.
