Painfull Mole Should i be worried?

I have a mole on my back and it sometimes causes me pain. It sometimes even hurts to lay on it or just a gentle touch. it has also grown abit and sticks out more then it used to. i showed my doctor a few months ago and she said i had nothing to worry about but the mole has changed since then should i be worried?
