I cheat a little. Place in large pot: cubed, cooked chicken; broth (if you have any); cubed carrots, celery, and onions; and 2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted. Heat to simmer and cook until veggies are done.Add frozen green peas and season to taste with any of the following: salt, papper, oregano, and poultry seasoning. Add water if needed. Can top with dumplings if desired--excellent!
