Christians, when the Antichrist rises to power and persecutes us, do you want us to fight him ?

Antichrist is not a person, but a spirit, and there are many. It is the spirit that denies Christ as having come in the flesh. There were many in Jesus' day, and they continue on. The Beast is a person, and that was Nero who persecuted the Christians during the Great Tribulation.(64-70CE)
