Peanut Allergy Emergency?

If someone who is allergic to peanuts accidentally ingests something with nuts and begins to show symptoms of Anaphylactic shock(difficulty breathing, swallowing, etc) What can be done if they DO NOT HAVE ephinephrine? While they are still conscious, could they try to do something to increase their heart rate/get their adrenaline going such as sprint a short distance or get roughed up? I know, I know... this sounds ridiculous, but I'm talking theoretically...
