How many calories does it sound like I burned from my cardio kickboxing cl (easy 10 points!)?

It was an hour long. A woman who had a heart rate monitor burned 653 calories from it, but she's probably around 30 lbs heavier than me, and I had .5 lb weights in each glove while she didn't have any. Thank you!
