Why was Act 3 Scene 5 in Macbeth included in the play?

Although most editors think that both 3.5 (Act 3 Scene 5) and 4.1 were both not written by Shakespeare. Most editors reject it, but since it was written with it I think the other just put it in there too, but they say they think it wasn't written by Shakespeare.
