Car System for sale...need help?

Is 150 watts good for an amp? It says 150 watts for each of two 2-ohm loads...is that good or bad?...I was planning to sell these 2 15 inch Orion speakers as well as the Sub that has JBL 12 Inch speakers in them and the amp which is a Blue Thunder Pro150x2 all for 800? is that a deal or no
