Computer cpu power supply for a intel i5 quad core?

i am making my own computer bought a quad core i5 intel. and it use 95 watts of power and 8 gigs of ram windows 7 64 bit, and a MSI P67 mother board.,im using a cooler master scout atx mid tower case,Now i have a 500 watt power supply should i upgrade to a bigger power supply. So what do recommend???
