Ok trainers advice please?

I weigh 271. I am 24 and want to loose 101 lbs. Help me please. I have been trying for about a month and have lost 28 lbs from where i started which was roughly 300. Are there any good helpers like pills or diets that i can do along with my exercise? Anything to help.... And how do i get rid of this kangaroo pouch from having 2 children?
