Poem for my girlfriend about my love for her?

I want to write a short poem to my girlfriend, but i need help. I want to describe how shes my love, how amazing she is, how shes my babe, and my everything. I don't know how to write it well enough, but im determined to try. Any help on writing it? Maybe start it off? I was thinking of a sonnet but im not sure. I just need good help on it.
