Help?Ethnicity..how do I correct people politely?

Firstly your a pretty girl, which probably makes them jealous. People are always trying to put people they feel intimidated by down, and sometimes people do things just to be mean, it makes then feel better about themselves. I think you should simply tell them your ethnicity, because (and please don't take offense) you do look like you could be Arabic or Hispanic or even a mix between the two which you stated that you were. Laugh about it, say gosh your like the tenth person today to say that, but actually I'm Kurdish/Hispanic/Arabic. If they look at you crazy tell them where your parents are from. Besides I think you look like your fathers child, and not all children look like their parents. And if they don't believe you when you tell them, then they are simply ignorant, and have never seen a person with a different ethnicity if they can't tell Indian from Hispanic or Arabic or a mix betwen the two and their parents obviously didn't raise them right if they are that rude to you. Or they have never watched the news or payed attention to any sort of history.I hope this helps you, and if not I hope you find what your looking for. :)
