I don't know how much that is but it looks like almost half of your body weight. I think losing half of your body weight will be a bit tough in one year but you can lose a considerable amount in one year if you really try. I lost 60 lbs in six months before so just keep working at it. Just don't starve your self but take in less calories than you use.

Organelles like ribosomes, mitochondria, lysosomes, etc., are divided equally between the two daughter cells during mitosis. During interphase, the cells regrow additional organelles. As for the Golgi and ER... that is a bit more complicated. They basically break down during mitosis and are reformed after, though it is not fully understood now this happens. I found an article relating to this, but it is somewhat outdated. Most of the more recent articles say pretty much the same thing, this one just does a good job of explaining it.

He uses his "godly words" to trick you into thinking that this man wants nothing more then the good of the people by caring and good will. Nice words for talking trash 3/4 of the hour long program. And honestly, everyone thats trashing on Obama for saying we will "fundamentally change the United States" why don't you listen to your sweet Glenn Beck and WAKE UP! He does not mean to completely change the foundation of the United States. We're not all going to fall under communism under Obama. The United Sates will never fall into communism/socialism/totalism. Have I badly damaged my skin?

I've been feeling really awful lately because I realized that I've received more UV light in 2009 than I have in any other year of my life. I didn't have so much UV exposure before that, and would only get sun burnt every few years (but never when I was a small child, and never on my face). In 2009 I perhaps got about an average of 30-45 minutes of sun between noon and 3 pm (and an hour outside of those hours, would that matter?), February through to mid-December (although less after that, except getting a bad sunburn on my shoulders on Boxing Day). I've now become an obsessive user of sunscreen, but still I worry that I may have damaged my skin permanently. I get scared that if I don't get skin cancer, I'll get terrible wrinkles when I'm 25 (although I have quite oily acne-prone skin, which I've heard ages more gracefully). If I keep using sunscreen whenever I am outside from now on (I'm 17), will the UV I've had last year only add up to a marginal effect in the long run? I already had tests done, they're my parents. Also, all of my grandparents had O positive blood. My older sister has type O positive and my younger brother has type O negative. I have a 30 to 40 year old furnace. The flames seem to be puffing out irradically in the burner. I'm not sure if that is dangerous. A family member who is pretty handy said it could be the gas control valve opening and closing in a flapping motion. Could that be it? Any help would be appreciated.

If someone who is allergic to peanuts accidentally ingests something with nuts and begins to show symptoms of Anaphylactic shock(difficulty breathing, swallowing, etc) What can be done if they DO NOT HAVE ephinephrine? While they are still conscious, could they try to do something to increase their heart rate/get their adrenaline going such as sprint a short distance or get roughed up? Can I use phyllo dough when its still frozen or do I have to thaw it out?

It must be thawed, but not on the counter or microwave. Put it in the refrigerator & let it thaw overnight (probably won't need that long, but safer to wait than rush). On the counter, you may have condensation ruin the dough.

The fact that the nodes feel movable is good. Lymphoma typically causes hard, enlarged, fixed nodes. Are you taking allergy medications? Decongestants? Sinus problems can become chronic and last for months. If you've been tested for lymphoma, I wouldn't worry. If the 4 physicians you've seen weren't able to give you any answers or make the node shrink again, you should see another doctor. You shouldn't have nodes enlarged for so long without relief (even if its the proper sinus/allergy medication)

hmm..the sharpen tool let's you SHARPEN the lines and stuffs on a certain picture..on photoshop, be sure that you are using the sharpen tool on THE CORRECT LAYER.. (im referring to the layer of the whole picture..or better yet, keep pressing ctrl+e until all of the layers are merged into a single layer. and then that's the time u sharpen it..just hold it and keep sharpening...and it will change slowly

My mom makes me miserable and I cant deal with her any more.?

I am not just some 16 year old that randomly hates my mom. I have felt this way since I was about 8 years old. My mom has cut me off from the outside world. She doesn't let me hang out with my friends, or even talk to my dad. All she does is nag me and my siblings. All three of them are treated the same way and they feel the same way that I do. Best weight loss routine to do at gym?

I just joined my gym and now I'm trying to figure out the perfect routine to do at the gym. I will be mix up my exercises (aerobic cles, swimming, kickboxing etc.) but I just want a basic routine for the machines at the gym right now (and my gym has all basic machines you see everywhere). I want a routine that is best for weight loss and will sufficiently work me out. I hear that there are certain machines that are better to use for weight loss then others (like for instance i hear an elliptical really isn't effective for weight loss because it is too low impact) and I'm curious to find out if that is true. Please share if you have gym routines that helped you lose weight or whatever routine you think will help me. Is it normal for a baby's fever to return once put on antibiotic?

I have a 7 month old that has had a runny nose, not normal sounding cry almost as if hes loosing his voice the runs to the point where it comes out his diaper at least once a day. and a fever that is there once twice a day then doesn't come back for one day then again back the next day. He snores when hes asleep and you can sometimes hear this bubbling as if he needs to hack something out when he sleeps too oh and coughing. The fevers are at 101.7 and 101.8 rectal. Toyota heated seats do not work consistently?

I have a 2005 Toyota Solara with 27,000 miles. The heated seats only come on for about 1 minute every 10 minutes. They also do not begin to heat until hot air starts to blow from the heater. I have tested 3 other Toyotas and they all started to heat within 20 seconds and all heated for 2 minutes every 2 minutes, or as soon as they started to cool, they began to heat again. Also, the battery was just replaced because it tested marginal. Could there be a loose wire somewhere? Is there any source that could affect both the battery and the heated seats? I don't understand why my seats do not work as well as the other Toyotas I tried.

Is my 3 year old cousin attached to me?

Well Phoenix has good "playoff" fans because "real" fans would attend all of their home games regardless of how bad they are doing. (Ex. Toronto Maple Leafs fans are always at games regardless of how they are doing.) But the Phoenix fans are actually quite good despite that, probably because of all the adversity they had to face. But I would say Chicago has the best fans and that Montreal has some of the worst. I don't care what your goalie is doing or who he is you don't boo him. They are some of the stupidest fans as well.

3 weeks ago I got into an argument w/ my dad, I forgot what it was about but at the end we all agreed it was my dad's fault. He got mad and threw a teapot and I didn't yell at him the whole argument. I was extremely calm, Buddha calm... and after that, I almost blew up. I have a hot temper and so does my dad, and I can't hold things in, I've tried. I go insane. My mom never spends quality time w/ my bro and I. She seems to like my bro better and I've talked to her about her neglectfulness but she's too focused on her career. I got into an argument w/ my parents tonight because they leave the phone off the hook and no 1 can use it the rest of the night and they came back at me w/ a "You need to put your dishes away" and I'm sick w/ the flu and said I didn't want to get any1 sick. I was in a bad mood. I don't do the dishes but I organize when dad's at work and give great advice to them. My mom doesn't really work, she's a musician and so she always tells me I should clean cuz I'm a woman, but she is a housewife... she doesn't take her own advice. The argument escalated when we all agreed to drop it but my mom said 3 mean things under her breath and I responded. Then my dad (5 min later) told me off. He has a HOT temper, so even tho he's usually very sweet and caring, he blows up. I got so mad (my life is mundane, my ex bf whom I loved dearly moved out of state, I want attention from my mom cuz I love her) cuz they were like "SHUT UP" and I threw a bowl at the floor. I was so angry. Anyway, every1 was screaming and my dad threw a cup and I cussed for the first time in my life. It got so bad that my dad grabbed my arm, threw me to the floor and kicked me, wouldnt let me get up and pushed me again and again and I fractured my arm. My arm is huge. I am traumatized because I love my dad so much. My brother, who was there watching said it was brutal and he can't believe it. What should I do? My dad apologized (he does everytime there is a huge argument) but this probably changed our relationship forever. I don't feel safe anymore. If I can't trust my father, who can I trust? And I thought that violence was never the answer. As parents I think they should be more in control and to never lose it the way he did. They said they provide everything for me, and I appreciate it, but if they didn't, I could call the police. They made the commitment to love and take care of their child when they had me. Looks like your video card is not up to par with their standards. The 7300 series is the VERY low end of the 7-series video cards, while 6800 is on the high end of the 6 series. A 7600GT might be verging on the equivalent to a 6800, but 7300 is still way under what you need. If you're gonna play video games on your computer, invest at least 50 bucks on a video card that you can actually use like a 7600gt at the least. If you're really serious about playing games, maybe even go with a 7900 or 7950. Prices have come down quite a bit on these since the 8-series cards have been out for a long time already. An 8800 can be had for around $250 or less now.

Sometimes it is scary getting together with someone you know is perfect for you. I started running regularily, weightlifting and noticed my heart rate steadily decline in both in workout and resting. During workout it usually is between 120 and 150 and resting is about 55. 55 seems kinda low but i hear thats normal when your heart becomes more efficient at pumping blood. How to turn off and on hard disk?

I know the computer can be set to turn off the hard disk through power settings and i can change it to never but just to know how do i wake it up when the hard disk is off since if i press any key there is no response, the screen is black(i had the laptop's lid closed so it was black but it did not turn on when i opened it which it was supposed to do, and it does, because i have closing the lid set to do nothing. The num lock caps lock etc dont even change light colors and when i press the power on the laptop does a forced shutdown and i think that is damaging for it So i if anyone could help me at least i might find the answer that it is that it does not work and it bugs up when the hard disk turns off.

Skateboarders, what's your favorite trucks and decks?

I recommend for decks a Baker, Flip, Darkstar, maybe a zero, a chris cole at least, for trucks you should go for Thunders, Royals, or Tensors. Ricta or darkstar wheels are far better than spitfire. Plan B decks are weak, with your weight it would probably snap less than a week, if you already know how to skate. My personal skateboard set up is always one of the four mentioned above, Thunders all the time, wheels don't really matter, bone reds. The size of a deck depends on the size of your shoes, the bigger your foot size the bigger the deck, not too big though.

Why can't I get my car to go in reverse?

I would try having the filter cleaned and new fluid put in the transmission. It probably just needs maintenance. It likely isn't the transmission if first gear works good. First gear and reverse are the same gear. It just spins the other direction for reverse.

If the line didnt show up until 30 minutes after you tested then it could be a evap line, i had this happen to me once, i was so happy, only to find out that it was a evap line when i had my blood test done. I would retest in the morning or in a couple of days, and be sure to read the results with in the first 10 minutes, or use a digital test. You could also have a blood test done just to be sure. Well everybody says that the Integrated Intel Video Cards (Intel GMA x4500 HD) are horrible for gaming, so I decided to test it out by downloading a free demo of Bullet Storm. (Note: I don't really care about graphics) Anyway, so I downloaded, and it runs perfectly fine, just a tiny bit of lag. My question is, if I get a better graphics card, will the lag reduce while in game? I can give addition specs for my comp if needed to help with answer.

Probably just a software bug. Compaq computers aren't the most reliable. Personally I don't care for them. But the only solution is to just restart the computer. Unless you have a program that lets you calibrate the keyboard or something. If you do, try that. Otherwise restarting is probably your best bet.

about 30-45 minutes ago i was running up the stairs and i felt a sharp shooting pain up on the lower backside of my right calf. i can still walk and stand around, but it hurts really bad. is there anything i can do to ease the pain for a couple hours without having to visit the doctors?

My puppy has bloody diarrhea??!!?

Yesterday I took my 2 month old puppy outside to use the bathroom. As always I watch her go..I thought she was peeing. But the pee looked weird and I saw some blood. I looked around to her backside and saw that she was pooping!! It seemed she had diarrhea but it was transparent and gooey looking and I saw some drops of blood come out. I called my vet and braught her in. But they couldnt kind anything wrong with her. I've changed her puppy food, but now she wont eat much and she's still bleeding. What else could be the problem?? We're taking her to another vet tomorrow to see if they could find out whats wrong.

I am taking Lisinopril/HCTZ blood pressure medication. I have had a persisstent cough with extreme chest pain for 6 months. I have had many tests to rule out pneumonia, whooping cough, acid reflux disease, & bronchitis. Everything is NORMAL. I go next week for a stress test. Has anyone had these type of side effects while taking Lisinopril??? I am at my wits end. I am awake all the time & can't sleep because of the chest pain & coughing. HELP!

Can I give my 5 week old nasal spray?

My five week old is very congested. Before I realized there was a difference between saline nasal spray and regular nasal spray I gave her a few drops of the regular kind. It worked perfectly. My little one could breath, eat, and sleep easily. However, I was then advised from then on out to use saline drops. I tried this and they did not work at all. She was just as congested and wouldn't eat or sleep. It is breaking my heart to see her like this. All of the sources I have found do in fact say to use saline drops, however I cannot find any sources saying not to use regular nasal drops. Any one have and information or advice for me?

Braces/Retainer Question?

I was born with naturally straight teeth and have never had braces but I only have one crooked tooth on the bottom row. I need help with pizza crust.?

I'm very inexperienced at baking (I'm a guy), and I don't really understand how bread doughs work. I want to make a whole grain pizza crust that will have a dense consistency, rather than a fluffy "bread" type of consistency. I don't want to use any type of refined flours, or soy flours. I find that most pizza crusts in cheap pizza restaurants are "airy" probably to cut costs. The pizza crusts in chicago are more dense and more like a crust than a bread. A student who seemingly had a rough life?

There's a student in my health cl who seemingly has had a rough life. He mentioned to the cl on the first day of the semester, that he has done time in a place we would never want to go to, and I knew what he was talking about. This guy has spent time in rehab, and has also been institutionalized for a long time. I heard him talking to another special needs student about living in a group home, and also to a para about being institutionalized. I see a saddened and hardened look on his face, and can tell he's not okay. Not too long ago I was on the verge of being institutionalized, and I'm glad I changed when I did. I feel as if I must reach out to this kid, because the only one who can free him is Jesus Christ. Any insight? I didn't want to cry but somehow I did.
